Tasting Notes

Color:	Dark pomegranate color
Aromas:	Strongly expressed species and violet aromas
Palate:	palate is dominant of the black currant and prune flavors, followed by a long lingering finish

Vinification

In the second decade of September hand-picked grapes were collected and brought to winery. Gently de-stemmed grape clusters were transferred into Qvevri. During the fermentation process, cap management was performed only by hand punching. After the 1 month maceration, the wine was decanted and was kept in Qvevri for the next 5 months.
