Color:	Dark ruby
Aromas:	Aroma of different flowers, honey and field flowers is harmonically mixed
Palate:	Rich in tannins, tones of ripen cherry, blackberry, black plum, dried fruit and oak are harmonically balanced.

Vinification

Handmade Red dry wine from 30 years old vineyard. The wine is produced by a wine-maker and viticulturist Archil Utiashvili, in Kakheti region. High quality Saperavi grapes, grown in Tsinandali micro-zone. It is made according to the modern and ancient Georgian technologies and is fermented together with the husks, the main stalk and bunch of grapes.
