Tasting Notes

Color:	Golden color wine with thick tears
Aromas:	Nose is intense with aromas of ripe tropical fruit, mango, ripe citrus and magnolia
Palate:	Mouth is soft and rich finishing on elegant citrus custard notes and long silky tannins

Vinification

In the middle of October hand-picked grapes were collected and brought to winery. Gently de-stemmed grape clusters were transferred into Qvevri. During the fermentation process, cap management was performed only by hand punching. After the long 6 months maceration golden color wine was transferred into a Seguin Moreau French oak barrels for further maturation.
