Vinification

Château Mukhrani's Kindzmarauli is a semi-sweet red wine made from Saperavi grapes, a grape known for its tannic and complex nature. The winemaking process at Château Mukhrani, located in the Kakheti region of Georgia, involves using modern technology alongside traditional methods. Grapes are processed within 15 minutes of harvest, and the wine is aged in oak barrels for 12-18 months.

Château Mukhrani's Kindzmarauli wines have been recognized with awards such as gold medals from the Georgian Wine National Agency and the Sommeliers Choice Awards. They have also received gold medals in Japan, as well as recognition in the Decanter World Wine Awards.
