Kisi European

Kisi Grapes are grown in the alluvial/sandy Kisi Marneuli terroir. During harvest the grapes were clusterslected, handpicked and carefully transported to the adjacent winery in the cool early hours of the day in late September/Early October. After hand sorting, the grapes were carefully pressed in a pneumatic press and the free run and the first lightly pressed fractions combined and used for the succeeding production. The juice was the permeated to dryness with top quality yeast cultures. After fermentation the wines were stabilized by cooling and the finished wine was bottled after minimal clarification and filtration.
