Color:	Brilliant dark red color
Aromas:	tones of blackberry, black currant and black chocolate
Palate:	Elegant bouquet of fruit, tones of blackberry, black currant and black chocolate combined with sweet spices. Smooth and delicate sweet attack of dark fruits, spice and dried herbs. Full bodied with fresh balance and fine tannins on a pleasant long finish.
Food matching:	Best enjoyed with poultry, grilled or stewed. Excellent with mature cheeses of different types.

Vinification

This Qvevri blend of Saperavi and Cabernet Sauvignon has been made by using natural fermentation, aging for 18 months in oak barrel and unfiltered bottling.
