Qvevri wines are made using Georgia’s ancient winemaking method, where wine is fermented and aged in large clay vessels called qvevri, buried underground. This 8,000-year-old technique produces wines of exceptional depth, texture, and natural character.

Qvevri wines can be red, white, or amber, often made with extended skin contact and minimal intervention. They are recognised by UNESCO as part of Georgia’s intangible cultural heritage.
